If you could have dinner with any fictional character, who would it be?
I wanted to choose someone spiritual, such as The Good Samaritan, but for all his goodness, maybe he’d be dull 😀. I’ve had great fun over the years watching The Simpsons, and Homer Simpson is my favourite character. And he’s quite harmless. I don’t have any great yearning to have dinner with anyone, but when I saw this silly question, I thought that I’d best choose a silly answer.
I always like to close with a couple of hymns – these are about sharing a meal with factual characters – so they’re slightly off topic 😀:
