An Irish personal evangelistic site. I'm not representing a particular church, but it's broadly evangelical in tone. My aim is to cover topics I've encountered in discussions I've had over the years, mainly here in Ireland..
Well, I think that I’m learning all day every day. But the last formal learning was a Udemy course – The AI Engineer Course 2026: Complete AI Engineer Bootcamp. Udemy has astonishing sales every couple of weeks where you get courses for as little as 10 euro or so. I can’t say that I’ve become … Continue reading AI Engineering
I don’t mind being asked about anything 😀. The only thing that pops to mind are questions that might require a lot of thought and research, such as what’s my favourite song. This has varied so much over the years. Maybe the most stable ones were Strawberry Fields Forever by the Beatles and Pressing On … Continue reading What’s Your Favourite Song?
I’ve been exploring some of the very modern worship songs as an old guy 😀. But now, I’ve decided to alternate between very modern hymns, old hymns, and in-between hymns, namely the worship songs from the 60s to the 90s that feature in hymnbooks such as Mission Praise. Today it’s the turn of the old … Continue reading Hymns: My Song is Love Unknown

It’s difficult to answer this one. I failed my driving test on the first occasion. Then, I passed when I did it again. Perhaps it made me a better driver, but I don’t know. And I would have failed to get jobs that I applied for, and I’d get another job instead. But I don’t … Continue reading God, Have Mercy on Me, a Sinner

Let me think. I could write “It was the best of times, it was the “blurst” of times”. But maybe Charles Dickens would sue me – or the monkeys from the Simpsons. I’d probably want to write about my physical background and my spiritual background. So, I’d write about my Cork background and maybe even … Continue reading I Was Born Twice
I assume that this question relates to things that I’d be sorry to lose rather than something that would literally cause your death, such as losing access to essential medication. So, I choose the Bible, something that allows me to access the Web, and a musical instrument. I don’t absolutely need these. I have enough … Continue reading Bible, Web, Musical Instrument

I’ve never had any major physical or mental health issues, but like most people, I have had minor issues. And that all helps me to grow and to empathize with people. In some ways, I’d rather not have had health issues, but perhaps I would be immature. I dunno 😀. Back in 1979, I remember … Continue reading Trials
