An Irish personal evangelistic site. I'm not representing a particular church, but it's broadly evangelical in tone. My aim is to cover topics I've encountered in discussions I've had over the years, mainly here in Ireland..
I’ve been exploring some of the very modern worship songs as an old guy 😀. But now, I’ve decided to alternate between very modern hymns, old hymns, and in-between hymns, namely the worship songs from the 60s to the 90s that feature in hymnbooks such as Mission Praise. Today it’s the turn of the very … Continue reading Hymns: Across the Lands
My last job was in technical instructional design, where I developed IT courses. I’ve seen many changes since I started in that field back in 2001. The biggest, most recent change is artificial intelligence (AI). I’m pretty much retired now. I left my job back in 2022, and soon after, ChatGPT became popular. I do … Continue reading In Many Ways

It’s Lennon dreaming of an immediate moral cause-and-effect — what you put out into the world instantly comes right back to you. When I used to hear of awful terrorists atrocities in Ireland, I … Continue reading Instant Karma

I like how it’s been here in Ireland for the last couple of days (after weeks of cold and rain). It’s sunny, with a slightly cool breeze. It can get a bit muggy/humid in July and August. The weather is often best in June, the time when I would have been doing exams – wishing … Continue reading Here Comes the Sun
When I think of teachers, I can consider the following: Primary school – Probably my teacher in my final year Secondary school – Although metalwork was the subject that I decided to pursue, eventually training to be a metalwork teacher, I would think that my English teacher was the most influential Third level – Most … Continue reading Wayne Grudem
