I answered a similar question a few times recently with “walking”. I greatly enjoy walking, and lately I try to walk ridiculously fast for about 20-30 minutes each day. I’m finding it exhilarating ๐.
At home, I find that rhythm games are quite motivating too. You basically punch colourful objects coming towards you while music plays.
Recently, I’ve started to wonder if I could just close my eyes, listen to music and pretend that all these colourful objects are coming towards me. The advantage is that I don’t need to wear the headset. The downside is that I need to imagine the environment, but given that I’ve played games such as Audio Trip quite often over the last few years, it shouldn’t be too difficult.
You can only play built-in songs in Audio Trip, but other applications allow you to add your own music. An example is PowerBeatsVR. I generally listen to secular music while exercising, but lately I’ve been experimenting with some fast modern worship songs. Why not hit two birds with the one stone ๐. I wouldn’t feel comfortable being ostentatious in church, but I can do what I like at home.
Psalm 149:3
โLet them praise His name with dancing, making melody to Him with tambourine and lyre.

Walking is an exercise that keeps you healthy and fresh physically and mentally. ๐
